YOUR RIGHT TO DELETION
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. This right is recognized under India's DPDP Act 2023 and applicable international privacy laws.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Email hello@svurnim.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
There is no in-app delete button at this time. Email is the only way to request deletion.

WHAT GETS DELETED
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:
- Your name and email address
- All habit, ritual, and nutrition tracking data
- All AI-generated behavioral reports
- Streak history and execution scores
- Your subscription status record
Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover your data once it is deleted.

WHAT IS KEPT AND WHY
Payment transaction records — transaction ID, amount, date, plan type — are kept for 7 years under Indian tax and financial law (Income Tax Act, GST rules).
Anonymous crash and error logs with no link to your identity may be kept indefinitely.

Email request confirmed within 48 hours. Full deletion completed within 30 days.
