OmniV is a self-discipline and habit tracking app built and operated by SVURNIM, an individual enterprise run by Vaibhavi Gupta, based in India.
"We", "us", "our" means SVURNIM / Vaibhavi Gupta.
"You", "your" means you, the person using OmniV.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
Account Data
- Your name and email address as entered during signup
- Password stored in encrypted form via Firebase Authentication — we never see it in plain text
Tracking and Behavioral Data
- Daily rituals you log — type, completion status, time
- Nutrition entries you record
- Habit and routine data you input
- Streak counts and progress over time
- Execution scores generated from your activity
Device and Technical Data
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Crash reports and error logs — anonymous, no personal information attached
- Timezone, used only for accurate streak calculation
Payment Data
We do not store your card or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and your subscription status.
AI-Generated Data
Behavioral summaries, archetype labels, and coaching insights generated by our AI system based on your tracking data. These are outputs derived from your inputs — not raw entries themselves.

WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use your data to:
- Run the app's core features — tracking, streaks, history, scores
- Generate AI coaching reports for Premium users
- Manage your subscription — confirm payment, grant or remove Premium access
- Keep the app stable — crash logs help us fix bugs
- Send you transactional communication — payment confirmations and account-related emails only
We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in separately.
For users in India: processing is done under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
For California users: see Section 11.

HOW AND WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA
Your data is stored on Google Firebase and Firestore, which runs on Google Cloud. Servers may be located outside India, including in the United States.
By using OmniV, you agree to this. Google operates under its own data protection agreements which meet international standards.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Ever.

THIRD PARTIES WE WORK WITH
We share limited data with the following, only to operate the app:
Razorpay — Payment processing. Their privacy policy is at razorpay.com/privacy.
Google Firebase — Data storage and user authentication. Their privacy policy is at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
OpenAI — AI report generation for Premium users. Your tracking data is sent to OpenAI to generate your behavioral insights. By using the AI Report feature, you consent to relevant tracking data being processed by OpenAI solely for generating your requested reports. Data sent through the OpenAI API is processed according to OpenAI's API data usage policies. We do not intentionally submit your data for public model training. Their privacy policy is at openai.com/privacy.
No other third parties receive your personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs, Facebook Pixel, or Google Analytics.

DATA RETENTION
Your data is kept as long as your account is active.
If you request deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. See Section 7 for how to request this.
Payment transaction records — transaction ID, amount, date, plan type — are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax and financial regulations (Income Tax Act and GST rules).
Anonymous crash logs and aggregate technical data may be kept indefinitely with no link to your identity.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@svurnim.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

YOUR RIGHTS
No matter where you are, you can:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Ask us to stop certain types of processing
- Ask for your data in a portable format
Indian users under the DPDP Act 2023: You have the right to nominate someone to exercise your data rights on your behalf. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@svurnim.com. We respond within 30 days.

CHILDREN AND MINORS
OmniV is not for anyone under 18. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 classifies anyone under 18 as a child and requires verifiable parental consent before processing their data — which we are not set up to do. If a minor has created an account, email us at hello@svurnim.com and we will delete it.

SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your data:
- All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Firebase Authentication handles secure login
- Passwords are never stored in plain text
No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you as required under applicable law.

CALIFORNIA USERS — CCPA
If you are a California resident:
- You have the right to know what personal data we collect and how we use it
- You have the right to request deletion of your data
- You have the right to opt out of the sale of your data
We do not sell personal data. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their CCPA rights.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. If the changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continuing to use OmniV after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
