ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using OmniV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This is a legally binding agreement between you and SVURNIM (Vaibhavi Gupta), India.

WHO CAN USE OMNIV
You must be at least 18 years old to use OmniV. By using the app, you confirm you are 18 or older. We may terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

YOUR ACCOUNT
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe
- All activity under your account is your responsibility
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You may not create multiple accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating purposes. Doing so may result in all associated accounts being permanently terminated
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms

SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Free Tier
OmniV has a free tier with limited features as described in the app. Premium access begins immediately upon successful payment. There is no trial period.
Premium Plans
- Monthly: ₹199 per month
- Yearly: ₹1,499 per year
All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. International users may pay using international cards. Currency conversion, if any, is handled by your card issuer and subject to their fees. SVURNIM charges only in INR.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans every 30 days, yearly plans every 365 days. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Cancel Subscription option in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Premium access until that date and will not be charged again.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use OmniV for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
- Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the app
- Misrepresent who you are

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything in OmniV — the V mark, SVURNIM brand, OMNI name, app design, UI, written content, and AI-generated reports — belongs to SVURNIM / Vaibhavi Gupta.
Your personal tracking data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of what you enter. We use it only to provide the service.
You may not reproduce or distribute any part of OmniV without explicit written permission from us.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT
OmniV uses AI to generate behavioral summaries, archetype labels, and coaching-style insights. By using these features, you acknowledge:
- AI content is for informational and reflective purposes only
- It is not professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI insights
- You use AI-generated content at your own discretion

NO WARRANTIES
OmniV is provided as-is and as-available. We make no guarantees that:
- The app will work without interruption or errors
- The content will always be accurate or complete
- Using the app will help you achieve your personal goals
Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of OmniV at any time for maintenance, updates, security, or operational reasons. We will try to give notice where possible but are not obligated to do so. We are not liable for any interruption in service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SVURNIM and Vaibhavi Gupta are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Damages from your use or inability to use the app
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of OmniV shall not exceed the lower of: the total amount you have paid us, or ₹500.

INDEMNIFICATION
If you violate these Terms and that violation causes a legal claim or costs against SVURNIM or Vaibhavi Gupta, you agree to cover those costs. This only applies to situations caused by your own wrongdoing — not normal use of the app.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of India.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app message or email. Continuing to use OmniV after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.
