REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

PREMIUM ACCESS

OmniV offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. There is no trial period. Premium access starts immediately after successful payment.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Cancel Subscription option in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep Premium access until that date and will not be charged again.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Exception: If a technical failure on our end prevents you from using the app for more than 48 consecutive hours during a paid period, and you reported it to us, we will review a pro-rata refund on a case-by-case basis.

YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you cancel a yearly subscription within 7 days of your first annual payment and have not used any Premium features during that time, you are eligible for a full refund.

After 7 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You keep access through the end of the annual period.

This 7-day window does not apply to renewal charges.

SPECIAL CASES

We will consider refund requests outside the above in cases of:

Email hello@svurnim.com with your registered email, charge date, and a brief description.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
